Her experience includes class actions, commercial contract disputes, construction disputes, leasing disputes, and environmental matters. She has worked with clients across a variety of sectors, including energy, mining, transportation, infrastructure, and commercial and residential development.

Alicia is a thoughtful and practical advocate. She embraces the challenge of analyzing complex legal issues and developing effective legal strategies tailored to her clients’ needs. Alicia prides herself on providing responsive advice and clear, practical guidance throughout the litigation process.

Alicia completed her articles and summer student term at a leading national law firm, where she developed experience handling complex disputes and supporting clients through every stage of the litigation process.

Before entering private practice, Alicia worked as a Review Officer Intern with WorkSafeBC, where she adjudicated appeals under the Workers Compensation Act. She also served as a Probate and Bankruptcy Registry Clerk at the Vancouver Law Courts, where she assisted counsel and members of the public and developed a strong understanding of court procedures and the Supreme Court Civil Rules.

Alicia earned her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Faculty of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with Distinction, from the University of British Columbia. During law school, she acted as Clinic Lead for the Homeless ID Clinic through Pro Bono Students Canada and served as an Elder Law Student Clinician with the Queen’s Legal Advice Clinic, where she advised low-income seniors and prepared estate planning documents.

Outside of her practice, Alicia enjoys staying active through recreational sports, taking a walk on the seawall and curling up with a good book.
